Park UI is an open-source UI component system and code distribution platform designed to help developers build scalable, customizable design systems. Unlike traditional component libraries that are installed as packages, Park UI distributes components as source code, giving developers full ownership and control over implementation and styling.

The platform is built on top of Ark UI (a headless component library) and uses Panda CSS for styling, enabling a flexible and composable architecture. Components are designed to be accessible, consistent, and framework-agnostic, supporting environments like React, Vue, Solid, and others.

Park UI solves a key limitation of conventional UI libraries: lack of flexibility. Instead of forcing developers to override styles or work around predefined APIs, it allows direct editing of component code. This “open code” approach makes customization straightforward and eliminates dependency constraints.

It includes a design system foundation with tokens for spacing, colors, typography, and layout, as well as integration with tools like Figma for design workflows.
