Superblocks is a governed enterprise application platform designed to empower business teams to build production-ready internal tools using AI while maintaining centralized control for IT and security teams. Created to bridge the gap between rapid application development and stringent corporate governance, Superblocks provides a unified integration control layer that enforces authentication, access controls, secrets management, and comprehensive auditing across all applications. The platform allows business users to generate applications on top of their existing company data—such as data lakes, inference engines, and various databases—without needing extensive engineering support.
Functionality: The platform operates as a centralized governance layer where IT teams establish security policies, role-based access control, and integration configurations once. Business teams then utilize Clark, an AI-powered agent, to generate UI components, logic, and data queries in natural language, ensuring that every resulting application inherently complies with the guardrails set by IT. The system supports full visibility and management through Superblocks MCP, which enables real-time auditing and monitoring of all deployed apps.
